A NEW online register is being touted as the community’s gateway to the arts in Wyndham City.
Wyndham council has urged local artists, art organisations and businesses to register their details at the recently launched Arts Register.
The register will host the names and contact details of art professionals from within the municipality and the broader Western Region.
Mayor Heather Marcus said the online tool would pioneer the connectivity of local artists in the community.
Wyndham City’s Arts and Culture Department is offering a free double pass to Cave to the Rave at the Wyndham Cultural Centre to somebody who registers online before 30 June.
Artists can register at www.wyndham.vic.gov.au/artsregister/ or alternatively they could visit www.wyndham.vic.gov.au for more information.
