WYNDHAM City has launched a new website aimed at making it easier for tourists to visit the municipality.
Werribee South Caravan Park, which is owned by Wyndham City but operated privately, now has its own website.
Over the past four years, the Werribee South Caravan Park has undergone improvements, including the installation of four new cabins.
Iramoo Ward Councillor Heather Marcus said the Werribee South foreshore was one of many local attractions that made the caravan park so popular.
“Having an easily accessible website will allow people to complete the online booking form their convenience and find out more about the accommodation available, as well as the caravan park itself,” Cr Marcus said.
“The caravan park attracts people from across the country and the world. A recent study showed the largest source of visitors is Victoria at 47 per cent, followed closely by interstate visitors at 44 per cent and international visitors at 9 per cent.”
