IT WAS dream come true for Werribee’s Cherie-Lee Sulzberger-Nilsson when she was officially named the Star Volunteer of the Year last week. Five volunteers from across the West were awarded with the title of Volunteer of the Year and $1000 from the Werribee Automotive Group, with Ms Sulzberger-Nilsson taking out the title for Wyndham. Kelly Van Blommestein, a director of the Werribee Automotive Group presented the volunteers with their cheques last week while Divisional Advertising Sales Manager of Star News Group, Catherine Taylor, presented them with a framed copy of their story as it appeared in Star.
