A TRUGANINA property developer has put the call out to interested parties to help bring a new childcare centre to the suburb.
ISPT, the developers of Forsyth Park in Truganina, is seeking expression of interest from vendors who would like to build a 120 place childcare centre in the estate.
An approval permit for the facility has already been secured through Wyndham Council.
It is hoped the addition of a childcare centre site will bring significant benefit to the residents of Forsyth Park and the surrounding community over the coming years as the needs of the municipality increase in line with future population growth.
ISPT senior development manager, Sean Hogan said the developer had sought to introduce a community-based commercial precinct within Forsyth Park in order to deliver improved convenience to residents and access to vital amenities.
“Forsyth Park will one day house over 1,500 residents and its prominent location facing Sayers Rd means there is incredible potential for the community to benefit from a dedicated medical and childcare precinct within the project,” Mr Hogan said.
“Positioned within one of the fastest growing municipalities in Victoria we see this as the ideal opportunity to deliver a multi-purpose commercial precinct near the corner of Sayers and Forsyth Roads.
“A medical centre for up to eight medical practitioners with its own pharmacy has already been confirmed within the precinct, so we are now seeking to complement this with an adjacent childcare centre.”
