ONE of Wyndham’s most controversial residents appears to have been wrapped up in the Christmas spirit. The giant cat that stands outside the Wyndham Vale Community Centre was covered in decorations by a group of colourful protesters that have been spreading their Christmas cheer throughout the municipality.
