Breakfast a creative business experience

MORE than 100 people from Brimbank’s business community gathered at Taylors Lakes Hotel earlier this month for the second Brimbank Business Breakfast, a networking event for local business people.
The theme of the business breakfast was how creativity could be a survival tool for 21st century business.
Brimbank mayor Margaret Giudice said the breakfast was the second in a series introduced by the council to assist business networking.
“The highlight of the morning was definitely the speakers,” Cr Guidice said. “They were both interesting and enternaining and they each complemented the other.
“We listened to Ian Metcalf from Minds at Work, who spoke about the theory of being creative, and then heard of the practical aspects of being creative from Ralph Plarre from Ferguson Plarre.”
The next business breakfast is scheduled to take place early next year.
