WERRIBEE’S Brad Mangan has been invited to the state AFL draft combine for medium forwards.
Mangan, 20, has been a consistent performer for Werribee this season and recently kept an in-form Brendan Fevola goalless in the semi-final.
Mangan is the only VFL-listed player to be invited to a state or national combine for medium forwards. The national list includes nine players from Victoria, three from SA, and two from WA.
A further eight medium forwards, including Mangan, will attend state draft combines in Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth in October.
