THE darkness of Halloween will descend on the Phoenix Youth Centre next week when bands line up for the spookiest gig of the year.
It will be trick or treat for young people when band Break Even headlines the Halloween gig, which will also include Hands Like Houses, Trainwreck, To Our Forefathers, The Lesson and Widower.
Organisers are calling on party-goers to embrace the Halloween theme by dressing up, with a haunted house sure to inject some Halloween-inspired fun.
The fully supervised event is funded under the State Government’s Freeza program and is a strictly no smoking, no drugs, no alcohol and no pass-outs event.
The Halloween gig will run on Friday 28 October from 5.30pm to 10pm. Tickets are $12 and are available at the door from the Phoenix Youth Centre.
