COMMUNITY members have been invited to attend a public meeting to discuss the industrial fire that spread chlorine fumes over the inner West last year.
Emergency services and government representatives will be at the meeting to provide information and answer questions relating to the Paramount Rd fire and future toxic emergencies.
The meeting will be held this Thursday 7 February from 7pm to 9.30pm at the Maidstone Community Centre, 21 Yardley St, Maidstone.
Greens member Colleen Hartland is also calling for community comment on the fire as part of a submission she will make to Parliament this month.
Anyone wishing to have their experiences added to the submission can call Ms Hartland’s office on 9689 6373.
