BENNELONG MP Maxine McKew took some time out for child’s play last week in a visit to Clare Court Child Centre.
The Parliamentary Secretary for Early Childhood Education and Childcare was in Yarraville on Thursday to host a childcare forum with parents.
Earlier this month, the Federal Government confirmed it would fulfil an election promise to build a new childcare centre in Yarraville.
The location of the centre and the number of childcare to be provided are unknown.
A spokesperson for Gellibrand MP Nicola Roxon said the centre would be open within the next two years.
