WERRIBEE Police are inviting residents to dig deep and help them make sure as many families as possible can enjoy a merry Christmas.
For the fourth time the police will be holding their annual Christmas Rally.
Residents are encouraged to bring a present to lay under the tree for children of families that might otherwise go without.
They will be accepting gifts for children aged up to 15-years-old from 8 December onwards.
“Also, sometimes the kids would like to give their parents something but can’t afford it so if you’re stuck for kids gifts, think of gifts for mum or dad so the kids can give on Christmas Day as well,” a Werribee police spokesperson said.
