BICYCLE Victoria is calling for volunteers for Australia’s largest bicycle holiday – The RACV Great Victorian Bike Ride.
The volunteers are needed for a variety of jobs from catering through to medical, route marshals, luggage and providing information.
In 2011, the volunteers will be looking after about 4,000 cyclists who will take part in the legendary ride which this year features the Murray River and Goldfields regions.
Volunteers get all their meals included (except Rest Day lunch) and a volunteer uniform.
Bicycle Victoria also provides free transport to and from the event.
