AT 20 months old, Freya is a long way off learning to drive but she can still enjoy the range of toys available at the Werribee Little Buddies Toy Library. The library will celebrate the start of spring with a Family Fun Day on Saturday 1 September. Kids can enjoy face-painting, toys and balloons while parents examine the new venue.
