BRIMBANK Council will take part in a State Government push for fine defaulters to pay up.
As part of a state-wide fee waiver – which runs until 31 May – unpaid fines including speeding, red lights, littering and fare evasion can have part of the fine waived, shedding millions of dollars in court and warrant fees.
Council-issued fines, including parking and other local laws, may also be part of the push.
