Titans fought back from a 13 deficit early in their tie against Panthers.
They grabbed three rubbers in a row to edge into the lead with Brett Vines bringing the team home with a win in the final rubber to nail the 54 victory.
Toucans eased past Wyndham Vale 63, with Greg Yu in stunning touch.
Toucans were untroubled, sweeping through the final three rubbers.
Bullets cruised to a comfortable 63 win over Vikings and were never in trouble.
The surprise star for Bullets was Joe Bienias, who grabbed three to anchor the result.
With one round remaining, the top four are unchanged with Bushrangers leading from Titans, Toucans and Bushrangers.
Panthers, Sonics, Wyndham Vale and Vikings complete the A Grade ladder.
In B Grade section 1, Crocops demolished the faint hopes of Trojans for finals action.
A solid team effort by Crocops dispatched Trojans to the role of spectators for the season’s finale.
Alan Fancourt showed sparkling touch, but Crocops were untroubled to win 63 and cement the easy path to the grand final.
Warriors had hoped to close in on top spot in their match against thirdplaced Boomers.
However, Boomers produced a stunning effort with Steve Harris grabbing his third singles match in the final rubber to give his team a 54 result.
Tornadoes were relying on results falling their way to jump into the top three, and kept their part of the deal with a 63 win over Fireballs.
Joseph Muscari maintained his superb touch for Tornadoes claiming three, but the Boomers win looks likely to keep Tornadoes on the sidelines.
On the ladder, Crocops are easing away on top followed by Warriors and Boomers.
Tornadoes would need a major upset to reach the finals while Trojans and Fireballs complete the ladder.
In B Grade section 2, the young Cannons outfit is striking outstanding form at the right time.
Facing the thirdplaced Seahawks, Igor Plesko set Cannons on the way with two solid wins in his singles and the team grabbed the vital doubles encounter to emerge the 32 victor.
Cellar dwellers Sharks upset Lions with a 32 win.
Jason Rankin claimed two matches for Lions, but the Sharks combination seized the doubles rubber and nailed the result.
Centurions had the bye.
Lions and Cannons are wrestling for direct entry to the grand final with Seahawks and Centurions scraping for that last spot in the finals.
