A FORTY-year-old Footscray man who allegedly threatened a staff member with a knife at a gaming venue in Lonsdale St, was charged by the Melbourne Embona Taskforce last week.
The man faces seven charges, including armed robbery and assault, after police investigated an armed robbery at the Golden Nugget gaming venue in Lonsdale St, Melbourne, on 28 January.
It is alleged that the man, armed with a knife, forced a staff member to open an area where cash was kept.
The robber escaped with a significant amount of cash but was arrested last week in Footscray.
