MARIBYRNONG Council will upgrade Braybrook’s Pennell Reserve at a cost of $336,000 this year.
The upgrade will include making the reserve change rooms, situated on either side of the pavilion, more modern.
The works will be funded jointly by Sport and Recreation Victoria which will contribute $50,000 and Maribyrnong Council which will set aside funds in their 2005/2006 budget.
Work is expected to be completed in May and carried out in compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act.
