Kosky beats three in

WYNDHAM residents in the districts of Lara and Altona have again given a resounding thumbs-up to the Labor Party.
John Eren, who replaced retiring MP Peter Loney, won the seat of Lara with 60 per cent of the primary vote, and 68 per cent of the two-candidate vote after preferences.
And veteran Altona MP, Lynne Kosky, handily defeated her three opponents, winning 62 per cent of the primary, and 71 per cent of the votes after preferences.
The district of Lara was created in 2002 and includes residents of Little River, Wyndham Vale, and parts of Werribee.
Altona includes Point Cook, and large parts of Hoppers Crossing.
