MARIBYRNONG electorate residents will have easier access to their MP, Bill Shorten, when a mobile electorate office hits the streets next month.
A trial run will see the second-hand transit vehicle visit various parts of the Maribyrnong electorate on Thursdays from 10am to noon next month.
On the first Thursday in June, the van will be at the Wallis Mall in Niddrie.
The second Thursday it will be at the Icka Club in East Keilor, then the Sunshine Visy Hub on the third and Big Sam’s Market in St Albans on the fourth.
A spokeswoman for Mr Shorten’s office said campaign funds paid for the van.
