Green week

POINT Cook P-9 College students, including Ashley, left, Phoebe and Sarah got in touch with their wild side last week, and it was all for a good cause. As part of their green week celebrations students came to school dressed as endangered animals and donated a gold coin to go towards the new gorilla habitat at the Werribee Open Range Zoo. The environmentally aware students also learned how much electricity it takes to power some device by riding stationary bikes to generate power. The kids even held a fashion show of clothes made out of recycled paper. 70458 Picture: JOE MASTROIANNIPOINT Cook P-9 College students, including Ashley, left, Phoebe and Sarah got in touch with their wild side last week, and it was all for a good cause.
