ARTISTS in the West have been invited to join a group that is helping connect them with the arts community.
The Western Region Arts Network (WRAN) has been providing a resource for artists living and working in Melbourne’s West and is inviting more City of Maribyrnong residents to use its services.
WRAN is a not-for-profit arts organisation with a website, www.wran.org.au, that includes artist pages featuring artworks, contact details for members, lists of exhibitions and details of studio space.
City of Maribyrnong artists can join the organisation by visiting the website or calling 0429 416 939.
The AGM will be held on Thursday 28 June at 6.30pm at the Incinerator Arts Complex on Holmes Road in Moonee Ponds.
