A WERRIBEE South labourer has been charged by police for allegedly threatening to kill an inspector from the Australian Building and Construction Commission.
The man, 46, was charged on summons with six offences, including two counts of threatening to kill, two of threatening a public official and two of assault.
The charges relate to incidents at a construction site in Mill Park on December 6 last year.
The man will appear in the Heidelberg Magistrates’ Court on 4 July.
