COLLINGWOOD and Hawthorn will be going into battle every week in Werribee, with just as much drama and excitement as you would expect from such a clash. The only difference is that this is that this is not a regular football game, this one involves dogs. Six of them, to be precise. The boxers will chase around a balloon as they attempt to score goals for their team. Their trainers, Michael Harrison and his son Anand, have been performers with Silver’s Circus for two years. Michael said he chose boxers for the act because of the friendly and playful nature. Silver’s Circus, including Anand Gasser, pictured with Batista, left, and Billie, will be in Werribee until Sunday 2 June. For more information visit www.silverscircus.com.au
