THE first RAAF Officers’ Training School graduation parade for 2007 – the Initial Officer Course – was held at RAAF Williams base at Point Cook last week.
The graduates included pilots, logisticians, electrical engineers, administrators, navigators, nurses and intelligence officers.
The course comprises academic and practical assessments on military leadership over 17 weeks.
The RAAF Central Band, one of the world’s finest ceremonial ensembles, provided musical support.
A spectacular highlight was a fly past by a formation of PC-9/A aircraft, the type used by the RAAF Roulettes aerobatic display team.
