AS THE 2006-07 track and field season wraps up for another year, Athletics Victoria (AV) is gearing up for its 2007 winter season, which is set to take off at the end of this month.
The winter series is a sequence of 10 events including road races, fun runs and cross country races from the 3.8km Tan Relays to the 21km Burnley half-marathon.
This year will see the All Schools Cross Country meet run alongside its AV counterpart at Bundoora in July.
The first run is on 28 April at Jells Park, Wheelers Hill.
