Performer Roger Woodward was rushed to the Port Macquarie Base Hospital last Monday with blood clots in his leg and chest.
Spokesperson Tony Moroney said doctors kept him under watch until Thursday.
“He was very upset that he couldn’t do his recital at the Glasshouse on Monday night, he felt he let down ticket holders,” Mr Moroney said.
The Glasshouse rescheduled the concert to Monday, November 28.
“He will be unable to fly home to San Francisco for at least three weeks,” Mr Moroney said.
