Keith Wilkinson has been appointed the new General Manager of Timbertown Heritage Theme Park.
Timbertown was taken over by David and Alison Waite in May, 2010.
The couple have since implemented many reforms which have included the upgrade and reopening of the Heritage
Steam Train.
Mr Wilkinson said that Timbertown is a magnificent facility which reflects the history of Wauchope and the timber Industry in Australia and it saddens him to see that it has not been able to reach its full potential and become the premier tourism attraction on
the Mid-North Coast.
“David and Alison Waite have a vision for Timbertown and, under their stewardship, Timbertown over the next five years will undergo an extensive redevelopment and upgrade, with the addition of many new attractions and activities,” Mr Wilkinson said.
