New residents tour Coast

A SNEAK preview weekend at Casuarina Beach’s new Miramar development was held on Saturday to help new residents get to know one another.

About 120 buyers attended a meet and greet function on Saturday, with some taking advantage of an overnight accommodation package so they could tour the development the next morning with their new neighbours.
The welcome preview weekend was hosted by developer Villawood, with development manager Michael Williams saying the goal was to help foster a community atmosphere at Miramar from the outset.
“Villawood is all about creating communities and that’s why we are encouraging people to get to know one another. We will continue to foster this community vibe by hosting on-site family fun days and events in Miramar’s central park further down the track, so as more people join us they will feel at home right away too,” he said.
“Miramar has proven very popular with purchasers over the past six months – with more than 85 home sites sold for a total of $23 million. The new stage five precinct has just been released, with half of the home sites already sold with just a limited number remaining.”
