FIVE new paramedic positions have been created across the electorate in Ambulance Stations at Guyra, Walcha, Bingara, Warialda and Ashford.
The State Government has boosted paramedic services to smaller communities across country NSW, creating 44 new positions for stations currently serviced by three staff, including the five in Northern Tablelands.
The new positions were made possible by the $3 million growth funding allocated in the 2013/14 NSW Government Budget.
