Caitlin Dewbery’s favourite Justin Bieber song is ‘Never Say Never’.
So too, the 12-year-old Port Macquarie resident never, ever thought in her wildest dreams that she would get to meet the world famous pop star.
But Caitlin mirrored the much-loved tune and, on “a one in a million” chance, got to meet the teen idol in Sydney recently.
She then got to watch his concert from one of the best seats in the house (row 11) amid a throng of screaming fans.
She also had her photo taken with “Biebs” giving her a hug.
Caitlin’s dream came true when her mum, Linda, won the tickets and “meet and greet” package through a competition at her workplace — Bank of Queensland in Port.
Caitlin and her mum rushed to the meet and greet, worried they would be late.
But in true pop star fashion, Justin Bieber was running one-and-a-half hours behind schedule.
The wait, Caitlin said, didn’t bother her, and only made meeting her idol all the more exciting.
Since uploading the picture taken on the day on her facebook page, Caitlin has been inundated with “wow factor” comments from friends, all envious of her “once in a lifetime” experience.
“I will remember it forever,” Caitlin said.
“It was so awesome!”
