Two lucky locals scooped up prizes from a state-wide raffle supported by Port Macquarie Lions.
The Club sold over 8000 raffle tickets to raise over $74,000 for the Lions Save Sight Foundation fundraising.
Sheila Whittaker, of Parklands Village, won third prize which was a jade necklace. Helen James, of Lake Cathie, won fourth prize, a watch.
Both Mrs Whittaker and Mrs James were thrilled at their wins and personally received their prizes from Save Sight Foundation Director, Chris Elford, and Port Macquarie Lions Club President,
Ray Chesher.
