In need of furniture

PORT Macquarie Lifeline Shops are in need of good furniture donations.
Donate your unwanted furniture items and have the comfort of knowing that your donation is helping to support Lifeline’s Telephone Crisis and Suicide Prevention programs. Free furniture pick-up is available by phoning the shop manager, Troy on 6581 3644.
Shoppers in the Port Macquarie Lifeline stores have the knowledge that they are helping the environment as well as the local community. Shopping at Lifeline is environmentally friendly and purchasing secondhand goods reduces the amount of textiles and household items delivered to landfill.
Proceeds of all goods sold through the shops are channeled back into the work of Lifeline. Lifeline receives 1,500 telephone calls a day from Australians in need of support.
Sadly up to 50 of these calls are from people at high risk of suicide. For suicide prevention and crisis support services call Lifeline on 13 11 14 or connect online at www.lifeline.org.au
