Small businesses in the region can take advantage of high quality business assistance in their local area with the arrival of the Small Biz Bus this month.
The Small Biz Bus gives small business operators the chance to meet with business experts for personalised advice on their individual circumstances.
It also links them to Small Biz Connect, their local business advisory service which provides assistance throughout the year.
“It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day reality of running a business, but speaking to a business expert can help you view your business from a new perspective, and can be an effective sounding board to help you think about problems in a new light,” Yasmin King, NSW SmallBusiness Commissioner said.
Services on the bus are available at no cost to small business operators. The bus is an initiative of the NSW Government and sponsored by NAB and Telstra.
John Boniciolli, Executive Director, Telstra Business said, “We’ve been working closely with small to medium businesses across the country for decades, and are proud to be offering our services to even more NSW businesses as part of the Small Biz Bus program.
We’ll be helping businesses identify technology solutions to help manage their costs and improve productivity.”
Small businesses will also have access to finance information through NAB, including about their micro-enterprise loans.

The bus will be visiting the following locations:
Taree: 9.3am-5.30pm, Wednes-day, February 20 at Manning Mall Car Park – 81 Manning Street, Taree
Port Macquarie: 9.30am-5.30pm Thursday, February 21 at The Glasshouse Forecourt – Hay Street, Port Macquarie
Kempsey: 9.30am-5.30pm Friday, February 22 outside Lou’s Café – Belgrave Street, Kempsey
Coffs Harbour: 9.30am-5.30pm Monday, February 25 at City Square – Harbour Drive, Coffs Harbour.
