Coles has opened the doors of its new Port Macquarie store in Hayward Street, unveiling its new market-style layout and exclusivecollection of clothing and accessories, with grand celebrations last week.
Spanning 2970 square metres, Coles Port Macquarie includes six self-serve checkouts and a more spacious, open store layout.
Coles Port Macquarie store manager Peter Ramsay said Coles has been in Port Macquarie since 1977, and was the first supermarket in the town.
He said the new Port Macquarie store has created more than 85 jobs for locals.
