ABC Classic FM presenter guest for FABC fundraiser

Friends of the ABC in Armidale will be holding their annual fundraising event this Friday, October 28 at the TAS Hoskins Centre with special guest, presenter of ABC’s Classical FM Breakfast Program Emma Ayres.
The FABC will be directing funds raised from the evening to the proposed Armidale Dumaresq Civic Precinct which will include the new Public Library, a Performing Arts Centre and a refurbished Town Hall.
Emma is one of the ABC’s most engaging personalities and an entertaining evening is promised to all who attend. There will be a Q&A session and, apart from questions about what goes into her breakfast program on Classic FM, it is expected there will be much interest in her experiences when bicycling through Asia.
A reception in the foyer will begin at 6.30pm where the bar will be open and finger food will be available. Formal proceedings begin at 7.30pm at the Hoskins Centre at TAS on Friday, October 28.  Tickets can be obtained by calling either Helen on 6772 4087; Bronwyn on 6772 7065 or Val on 6772 0342
