LAKE Cathie lawn bowler Peg Rapp celebrated her 93rd birthday with a cake at the bowls club last week.
Friends described Peg as a gentle woman, but a feisty competitor on the greens.
“She often shows up much younger bowlers with her energy and skills,” Lake Cathie Women’s Bowling Club publicity officer Joye Grimshaw said.
