The Antique & Classic Motor Club from Sydney were hosted by the Port Macquarie Antique & Classic Club during their visit to our region.
On an eleven-day tour of the Hunter, New England and the Mid-North Coast, twenty-five Sydney Club members in thirteen cars spent three days enjoying the local sights.
On Sunday, the Port Macquarie Club joined them on a visit to Barbushco, a grower and producer of a range of products from Australian plants on their property near Lorne.
John Brindle, the Sydney Club’s tour leader, said that their Club undertook a regional tour each year and the Port Macquarie visit had been a highlight this year.
