King Creek businesswoman Bronwyn O’Brien launched her first book on Saturday, before a crowd of friends and family.
During the launch of “The 7 Mountains of Influence’, Ms O’Brien shared some insights that inspired her to write this book.
In 2007, Bronwyn was listening to a teleseminar by Dr Lance Wallnau, talking about re-claiming the seven major “mountains” or key areas of dominant influence that shape the culture of a society. Bronwyn was moved by the talk and felt God had given her a revelation and a strategy for sustainable social change.
The book that finally emerged is about God and work, and is aimed at helping people to feel fulfilled, to see themselves in a place of purpose and influence in society.
Bronwyn said it was her dream that people influenced by the power and presence of God would find and fulfil their God-given assignment.
