Over the Easter long weekend a free guest activity program organised by Sundowner Breakwall Tourist Park proved to be a huge success with plans underway for a more permanent ongoing program throughout the whole year including the winter months and July School Holidays.
Sundowner has joined forces with Party Professionals and activity programmers AJ and Steve Davis
“Along with a massive free seafood barbecue, Easter Family Fun Day and Double Header movie night, guests are already very impressed with the overall program, and we are really excited about the commitment Sundowner are making to this part of their product,” Steve said.
The school holidays have effectively only just begun and Sundowner has plenty of plans for the next two weeks to keep people occupied, with daily updates on facebook to further inform guests about the on-site happenings.
“Sundowner Big4 is already seeing the benefits of an on-site activity programmer allowing us to customize our programs on short notice to adapt to uncontrollable factors such as weather and what guests are showing specific interest in” says Steve.
“By offering a Social Media element to our program we are allowing guests to stay up to date when on or off-site.”
The facebook updates include local reports about Fishing and Surf Reports from related tour operators.
Along with the Sundowner Holiday program comes the launch of the new Kids Club project.
“The Kids Club is interactive, fully supervised and genuinely designed to give the participants new skills, and interests they can go away with” says Manager Simon Luke,
“We want to ensure that the kids club is seen as a recreational learning space for kids away on holidays as well as maybe even offering some new ideas to parents”
Sundowner Big4 has an exciting year ahead with investment in initiatives including its premium accommodation and amenities refurbishment program as well as a Group’s Coordinating team to assist and support new diverse groups and events to the region.
