Leo Sayer’s 40th Anniversary Concert Tour will feature all his hits, including You Make Me Feel Like Dancing, Thunder In My Heart, When I Need You, One Man Band, Long Tall Glasses, and can be seen at The Glasshouse, Port Macquarie.
His songs captivated a generation around the world and had Australians glued to their sets each week on Countdown.
This year’s show will be a look back over Leo’s forty-year journey that has seen him win a Grammy, fill stadiums around the globe with his concerts and ride a wonderful roller coaster of career highs and lows in the crazy world of the music industry.
Leo has come out smiling, with energy and enthusiasm to burn.
Leo Sayer is currently as “in demand” as ever, and at a youthful 62, feels the story is only just beginning.
To celebrate 40 years in the business, Leo is about to tour around Australia with a brand new show and a new band. He will release his re-mastered Greatest Hits CD in August.
The new show will see Leo at his finest. He will be bringing back some songs from the early albums that have not been in his live set for many years and he will be delivering his classic pop hits that, to this day, are still heard on radio around the world.
