Vaudeville duo performs

Mic Conway takes the stage with Robbie Long at Wauchope Arts on Saturday, November 5, playing unusual and idiosyncratic tunes that will make your jaw drop and toes tap. In a circus of comedy, magic and music, they will delight with old and new material. Stripped back, irreverent and shameless! Something new, something old, something in between.
Audiences may know Mic from Captain Matchbox, Circus Oz and the National Junk Band and described by Lucky Oceans as the ‘King of vaudeville today!’.
Robbie Long has appeared with a diverse range of festival favourites and is the current Australian Flat Pick Guitar Champion.
Liz Frencham will be playing bass. Liz has many fans in the area from the days of JigZag.
The trio are touring to launch a new CD, Street Of Dreams. Tickets are available at the door – $25 and $20 members.
“An exhilarating, vaudevillian mix of songs, magic, comedy and fire-eating. He is a truly unique artist and a showman… You really do have to be there. If you have a chance, don’t miss it.” Bill Brown (ABC Radio)
