It’s time to get cooking to be in the running for this year’s Mid-North Coast Signature Dish Competition.
The winning chef will receive a $1000 cash prize, a winner’s plate and a suite of marketing tools to promote their business.
The 2011 Mid-North Coast Signature Dish Competition is open to chefs from Port Stephens in the south to Coffs Coast in the north.
Entries are now open and close on Friday, August 12.
Twelve finalists will be chosen to take part in a spectacular Final Cook-Off to be held at the North Coast Institute of TAFE, Port Macquarie Campus on Thursday, September 22.
