Two-hour parking limits not enough

I am a very strong supporter of shopping locally and seeing our main Beardy Street shopping mall thrive.
The day I was booked – I had enjoyed lunch in a local cafe – the service was slow – it took two hours – then did my grocery shopping at IGA – banking and a visit to the Post Office – most people are aware of the long wait at times in the two latter establishments.
Two-hour parking limits are not encouraging people to enjoy leisurely shopping in the mall. It is forcing people to park and shop at Centro where there are no time restrictions. If there has to be time restrictions, make it three hours so that we can support our local shops in the mall.
