CONSTRUCTION has commenced at the new Modeina estate, unlocking the much-anticipated last parcel of residential land in Burnside.
Chief executive of the Dennis Family Corporation Peter Levinge said the group is excited to have turned the first sod at Modeina and there have already been 1000 expressions of interest prior to construction commencing.
“Modeina enjoys the advantage of its surrounding local areas being already well-established, with a shopping centre, schools, childcare and bus services all conveniently located and other popular suburbs such as Caroline Springs close by, “ Mr Levinge said.
The first phase of the development comprises an initial allocation of 260 lots to be progressively released for sale in stages from later this year.
An exclusive quota of only 30 blocks will become available in stage one, with potential purchasers urged to act quickly to be among the first residents to call Modeina home.
The new estate has been designed to capture the essence of the modern Australian lifestyle with smart urban amenity.
“Importantly, we are incorporating plans to bring forward the provision of local infrastructure at the outset, including a council community facility, state primary school, playgrounds and creek side park.”
