GREEN thumbs across the City of Melton will get a chance to meet gardening guru Vasili Kanidiadis this weekend when he visits a local Bunnings Warehouse.
The ABC sensation will head out to Caroline Springs this Saturday from 10am to 1pm to offer tips for gardening enthusiasts while also entertaining audiences with other titbits from his popular television show Vasili’s Garden.
Know best for his lively and sometimes outlandish method of presenting his shows, Vasili promotes plants and produce from his Greek heritage while also showing off Greek cuisine at its finest.
Along with the accordion-playing gardening expert, there will also be a jumping castle, face painting and free craft activities for the children on the day.
A local community group will also offer demonstrations on creating a vertical sustainable garden from scratch.
Bunnings Caroline Springs is located on the Western Highway, Caroline Springs.
