POLICE used capsicum spray on a St Albans resident wielding two knives at an Albion service station on 1 October. Around 3am, police were called to the Ballarat Rd petrol station after staff saw the 31-year-old male with a weapon in each hand.
Police deployed capsicum spray after the offender refused to co-operate. After being arrested, the offender was conveyed to Sunshine Police Station and interviewed in relation to the incident.
