The optometrist, with more than a decade of experience in the industry, said the business aims to stay a step ahead of the competition and, unlike multi-national companies, can offer it’s clientele a one on one service.
Testimony to its success is the fact the company has grown from one business in 1998 to now five across the north-west of Melbourne.
“We put a lot of importance on customer service. Our staff is highly trained both internally and externally,” Mr Prassinos said.
The Melton Shire resident said the company’s state of the art technology allowed them to offer products of the highest quality, which meant customers continued to come back year in and year out to have their eyes examined.
The company’s achievement within the community has been recognised by the Melton Business Awards three years running and Mr Prassinos said he hopes they can take out the title of Best Leisure, Health and Fitness Business for a fourth time.
The Melton Business Awards are supported by Star News Group and Business West Magazine and recognise the achievements of outstanding businesses from across Melton Shire. Nominations close on 25 February and winners will be anounced at a Presentation Gala 29 April.
