TRISH Jensen and the staff at Farmers Foodworks Sunshine were just as excited as the winner of a $15 million Tattslotto ticket.
Ms Jensen received the call last Friday morning from Tattslotto letting her know that there was only one winner of Thursday night’s jackpot and that person had purchased their ticket from the Sunshine supermarket.
“It’s just boosted everyone,” Ms Jensen told Star.
“It’s just great that someone in the local area has won.
“Good on them.”
Staff put up streamers and balloons and were excitedly checking customers’ tickets on Friday morning.
Ms Jensen said it was great to see someone from the Western Suburbs receive such a big bounty.
The occasion also marked the first big win for the store after they introduced Tattslotto tickets two years ago.
The winner had not yet come forward to collect their $15 million winnings as Star went to print.
