CELEBRITY chef Ian Curley donned an apron and displayed his cooking prowess in Sunshine last week.
The British-born chef,who recently featured in the acclaimed cooking seriesConviction Kitchen, offered students from the Schoolsome handy hints on preparing fine cuisine.
The students were given a once in a lifetime opportunity to meet the tough taskmaster and learnt some trade secrets while he put them through their paces.
And the youngsters are becoming culinary connoisseurs as they spend each Thursday serving staff members at the Sunshine Café.
Co-ordinator Saide Camer-on said the event offered the teenagers a chance to see how a real kitchen worked and they were excited to have the well-known figure visit their school.
