BUSINESS icon John D. Anderson will be a keynote speaker at a Caroline Springs forum next month.
The founder of vacation juggernaut, Contiki Holidays, Mr Anderson will lead the Melton Small Business Professional Development Day, which will also include workshops led by some of Australia’s best known marketing gurus.
The day will focus on high-impact marketing and branding and delivering outstanding customer service.
John D. Anderson has been described as one of the most inspirational business speakers in Australasia.
At the age of 22, he left his native New Zealand for England for a 12-month trip overseas. He returned 20 years later with a wife, four children and the international tourism juggernaut.
When John sold the company a few years ago, it was, and remains, an international brand name and one of the world’s major tour operators, carrying over 1.8 million people to date.
The seminar will be held at WestWaters Hotel and Entertainment Complex on Thursday, 11 August from 9.30am to 4pm.
